Successful Group Exercise Tips With Jane Tress

Jane Tress is a fitness industry legend, she has been a top UK presenter for over 25 years (she also gave me my first presenting opportunity MANY years ago!).  She has also spent many years as a General Manager for a large fitness health chain.  She has used these experiences to start Enhanced Fitness, her ethos is to offer results driven, exciting exercise programs, designed to ensure her clients achieve their goals and have fun!

By doing this she has created, full fitness sessions in her community with waiting lists for each course, and class that she teaches and she reveals many of her secrets in this awesome interview.

Also in this interview you will discover;

1) Why specialising in one area may NOT be the key to community success

2) How you can take lessons from the corporate, management world to increase retention of your class members

3) How doing this 1 thing every 8-12 weeks, increases customer loyalty

4) Other things you can put into place in your fitness business that can help YOU have waiting lists for your classes and personal training sessions.

This really is an amazing interview and I would strongly suggest that you have a note pad and pen ready.

    Really, really interesting as I’m in the process of looking to expand my business and bring in some additional trainers to promote my brand. Thanks so much for this.

    Group exercise offers a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you choose to work out on your own. Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, a consistent exercise schedule, an accountability factor for participating in exercise, and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience.
