Boxercise and Andy Wake

This is a great interview with Andy Wake from Boxercise.  

Boxercise began in the UK in 1992 based upon training principles that have existed for over two hundred years. They train fitness instructors to teach the public Boxercise Classes and Personal Training, running over 300 training courses a year from 18 different venues in Europe. In the UK alone, over 1.2 million people take part in Boxercise classes (source: Mintel, 2006).

This is a great insight into how one person has quietly managed to build a huge business from this concept.  Andy reveals easy to apply business tips that ALL group exercises instructors can apply.

He finally reveals how one of his students managed to earn £950 per week from just 4 Boxercise classes!
